[Hiring] Influencer Associate @Creator Match

Role Description

Creator Match is seeking a Creator Associate to drive day-to-day creator-side campaign execution, working directly with a Creator Marketing Manager (CMM). This role is responsible for turning creator strategy into action, coordinating sourcing and outreach, managing creator offers and onboarding, and ensuring creator deliverables progress from initial engagement through campaign completion.

The Creator Associate serves as the primary execution partner to the CMM, who retains accountability for creator strategy, commercial decisions, creator relationships, and campaign outcomes.

The Creator Associate owns the execution of assigned creator workflows, including:

• Sourcing
• Creator outreach
• Offer communication
• Onboarding
• Creator coordination
• Content feedback
• Campaign follow-through

This position requires sound judgment, strong communication, organization, and the ability to independently manage multiple moving pieces. The Creator Associate works closely with the CMM to execute approved creator strategies, identify issues early, and keep creator campaigns moving.

Unlike the Creator Coordinator, who focuses primarily on administrative tasks, outreach follow-ups, and tracking, the Creator Associate is trusted to execute more complex creator interactions, including:

• Sending approved offers
• Coordinating creator onboarding
• Communicating detailed content feedback
