Role Description
We're seeking a motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, managing our newsletter communications, and handling customer support via email—all within the exciting iGaming industry.
- Design, create, and distribute engaging newsletters and targeted email campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling content and promotions.
- Handle email-based customer support, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of communication to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns and CRM initiatives using relevant metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with overall business objectives.
- Ensure all CRM and email communications comply with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and email marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
