[Hiring] HubSpot Strategist @Evenbound

Role Description

As our HubSpot Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic HubSpot solutions that drive meaningful results for our clients. You will lead client engagements from a strategy perspective, mapping business objectives to HubSpot functionality and guide teams through the implementation of systems, campaigns, and automation. You’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering growth opportunities, diagnosing challenges, and positioning HubSpot as the platform to solve them.

• Strategic Discovery & Planning:
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client goals and pain points.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and HubSpot-centered plans that align with business objectives.
• Platform Implementation & Onboarding:
  • Own and execute the implementation and onboarding of new HubSpot portals, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success.
• Client Advisor:
  • Develop trust as a HubSpot expert to clients, delivering proactive insights, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and platform execution.
• Enablement & RevOps:
  • Support alignment across marketing, sales, and service client teams by developing strategies that increase efficiency and improve outcomes.
• Measurement & Reporting:
  • Define key metrics, establish reporting frameworks, and measure performance to refine strategies over time.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of strategic consulting, preferably in a HubSpot agency or B2B services environment. Special consideration given to those with experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Intimate knowledge of all HubSpot Hubs with certifications to prove it, plus high level understanding of business systems, processes, and data.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to connect high-level business goals to tactical platform execution.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience confidently leading client calls, presenting strategies, and providing consultative guidance.
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
