The ideal candidate has healthcare marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing patient referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral sources
• Promote Home Health and Hospice services
• Conduct facility visits and presentations
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Meet referral and marketing goals

Qualifications

• Home Health or Hospice marketing experience preferred
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
