Role Description

We are seeking a DCX Client Services - Home-Based SEO and Paid Search Specialist who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. This role is responsible for executing SEO and paid search strategies that drive measurable results for multiple clients. Working closely with the Client Services and Strategy teams, you will implement best practices across search engine optimization, paid media, analytics, and performance reporting. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple client campaigns while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
• Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is preferred.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an advantage.
