Role Description
We are looking for a strong and ambitious Head / TL of SEO Traffic to join our team.
Join the team that launches new projects in various markets and shapes the future of the iGaming industry.
- Strategy and implementation of the full-cycle SEO promotion for a product in the gambling/betting vertical.

Building a promotion system for:
- Branded queries (including position protection and competition management for the brand).
- Cross-brand queries (related to the market, topic, sub-products).
- Non-branded queries (including general informational traffic, educational, commercial).
- Managing all aspects of SEO infrastructure: content, links, technical SEO, localization.
- Hiring and managing the SEO team: task setting, quality control, scaling based on FTD numbers.
- Establishing processes for collaboration with development, product, design, and analytics teams.
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing SEO metrics: traffic, rankings, conversions, retention.
- Market analysis, competitor research, and trends for the key region (Turkey).
- Working with external contractors, when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience working with large budgets and teams (at least 2 years of managerial experience).
- Proven cases of attracting over 5,000 FTDs/month in the gambling/betting vertical.
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO in the gambling/betting vertical.
- Experience in building an SEO department from scratch on the product side (in-house).
- Expertise in developing strategies for different types of search queries: brand / cross-brand / non-branded.
- Successful experience working with markets like Turkey, including understanding their restrictions, nuances, and regulators.
- In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, semantics, link building, and content strategies.
- Team management skills, with an understanding of SEO department organizational models.
- Proficiency with key tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, Looker Studio, Netpeak Spider, Serpstat, etc.
Requirements
- Experience working with Turkey.
- Proficient written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+).
- Experience with BI systems, advanced metrics, and collaboration with development teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JS (to understand development processes).
- ASO/SERM experience is a plus, but not critical.
