[Hiring] Head of Virality & Customer Engagement @XTB

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for strategy, roadmap and delivery of Virality and Customer Engagement program and features, turning ideas into measurable user and revenue growth.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and will lead a 20+ people team consisting of both product & engineering professionals - everyone you need to turn ideas into concrete implementations bringing results.

• Building growth engines: referral loops, viral features, educational & habit-forming feature sets and loyalty mechanisms
• Getting things done: leverage AI to iterate fast, experiment and deliver results
• Data-based decision making: translate data insights into clear, prioritised product bets
• Ship at scale: oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, dependency management and stakeholder communication
• Raise the bar: recruit, coach and develop high-performing talent; establish best-practice rituals for delivery, design thinking and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Documented track record of building growth & viral loops products in big scale
• Minimum 3 years of leading mid-size organisational structure (15-20+ people) as a direct manager
• Strong product mindset and ability to build products end-to-end (from concept, via implementation with engineering team to results)
• Great taste in beautiful UX and UI implementations
• Understanding of how engineering team works and what outputs they can deliver, ability to challenge and raise the bar for delivery speed
• Fluent English
