Role Description
Our client is building a new category at the intersection of public opinion, prediction markets, and financial technology. The platform combines regulated prediction markets with a neutral, KYC-verified polling infrastructure that gives every verified individual one equal, anonymous vote. By transforming public sentiment into a measurable and tradable signal, our client is creating a new form of market intelligence and civic infrastructure, enabling real-time tracking, forecasting, and trading of society's most important questions.
They are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing & Paid Media to lead the company's paid acquisition strategy and accelerate user growth. This is a highly hands-on leadership role focused on scaling customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing channels while maintaining efficient unit economics.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing substantial paid media budgets, optimising campaigns through rigorous testing and attribution analysis, and delivering measurable growth in highly competitive B2C markets. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and building a scalable growth engine for a fast-growing business operating in the US market.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing the company's paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, programmatic display, affiliate, and other performance marketing channels.

Planning, launching, managing, and continuously optimising paid media campaigns to maximise customer acquisition and return on ad spend.

Owning paid media budgets, bid strategies, and channel allocation to achieve sustainable and scalable growth.

Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.

Designing and executing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.

Building robust attribution models and leveraging analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing investments.

Collaborating closely with product, design, and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets and landing page experiences.

Identifying and scaling new acquisition channels while continuously evaluating emerging platforms and advertising opportunities.

Working with external partners, affiliate networks, and advertising platforms to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates within digital advertising.

Providing regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.

Taking full ownership of the performance marketing numbers that drive user acquisition and business growth.
Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with direct ownership of advertising budgets.

Deep expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.

Proven B2C marketing experience targeting the US market.

Strong industry experience within prediction markets, iGaming (online sports betting and casino), trading platforms, fintech, or closely related regulated industries.

Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC and strong ROAS.

Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modelling, campaign measurement, and performance optimisation.

Experience using analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights and guide investment decisions.
