Role Description
This is a full-time, remote-first leadership role with global reach. You'll own creative strategy, UGC, statics, video, and motion end-to-end across our roster - and you'll lead the team that delivers it. You'll own ideation, execution, measurement, iteration, and scale.

Lead creative strategy, performance design, UGC, statics, video, and motion.

Set the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across every asset and every channel.

Manage and grow a team of senior leads across Creative Strategy, Design, Video, and UGC.

Build frameworks for testing, iteration, learning, and creative development.

Partner with Creative Ops, Paid Media, and PM to turn strategy into infrastructure.

Conduct a senior review layer before client delivery to catch issues early.

Mine insights from Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager alongside the paid team.

Help package, price, and produce statics as a performance lever clients want to buy.

Identify wins, document them, and feed them into sales material and case studies.

Conduct weekly creative syncs, bi-weekly workshops, and monthly KPI reviews.
Qualifications

You think in systems and build them without overcomplicating the work.

You have run performance creative in a high-volume agency environment.

You read CPA, CPM, hook rate, hold rate, and scaled-ad volume fluently.

You've hired and coached creative talent, making tough calls when needed.

You have grown leaders, not just managed ICs.

You have strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for taste.

You're direct, high-context, and comfortable pushing back when you disagree.

You have a real opinion on statics as a performance channel.
Requirements

8+ years in performance creative, ideally including time at a top-tier UGC, paid social, or DR creative shop.

4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people.

Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative.

Deep fluency in Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager.

Experience building creative output and the systems behind it.

Experience working with global, distributed teams.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Perfectly fluent written and spoken English.
