Role Description
The Head of Marketing will have end-to-end accountability for the marketing function at Hi Rasmus and serve as a close partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, Product, Clinical, Customer Success, and Sales teams. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable developing the company narrative, reviewing a campaign creative, building an enterprise ABM strategy, shaping a product launch, working with PR, and sitting with Sales to understand why a deal is being won or lost.
You will be responsible for building a marketing organization that combines exceptional storytelling with measurable commercial impact. We are looking for someone who understands that brand and growth are not separate disciplines. The strongest marketing makes people understand why a company matters and gives the right buyers a reason to act.
What You’ll Own
-
Own and evolve the Hi Rasmus brand, narrative, positioning, and voice.
-
Translate our mission, product differentiation, customer impact, and clinical vision into compelling stories for the market.
-
Ensure consistency and quality across every external touchpoint, including website, campaigns, events, press, social, sales materials, video, and executive communications.
-
Build a clear market narrative around why Hi Rasmus is different and where the autism care technology landscape is headed.
-
Maintain an exceptionally high bar for creative quality, messaging, and brand execution.
-
Build a marketing strategy directly connected to company growth and revenue goals.
-
Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to develop measurable pipeline-generation programs.
-
Build and scale enterprise-focused account-based marketing strategies.
-
Develop integrated campaigns across paid, organic, content, events, partnerships, outbound, and community.
-
Establish clear attribution, funnel metrics, and reporting that connect marketing investment to commercial outcomes.
-
Continuously evaluate which channels deserve additional investment and which should be stopped.
-
Partner with Product, Clinical, Research, Sales, and Customer Success to develop strong go-to-market strategies for new products and capabilities.
-
Establish clear positioning and messaging for our platform, products, and emerging AI capabilities.
-
Develop buyer personas, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and customer proof points.
-
Make sure Sales can clearly articulate why Hi Rasmus wins.
-
Turn customer insight and market intelligence into better positioning, campaigns, and inform product strategy.
-
Build a content engine that strengthens both brand authority and commercial demand.
-
Develop a differentiated point of view on autism care technology, clinical impact, AI, outcomes, access, and the future of care delivery.
-
Partner with internal clinical and research leaders to translate deep expertise into accessible, credible, and compelling content.
-
Build executive thought leadership for key members of the Hi Rasmus leadership team.
-
Work cross-departmentally to develop customer stories, research narratives, case studies, white papers, and other proof that strengthens market credibility.
-
Own corporate communications and public relations strategy.
-
Lead high-visibility company announcements, partnerships, funding communications, product launches, and media opportunities.
-
Serve as the internal quality bar for messaging associated with significant company moments.
-
Develop strong relationships with relevant media, analysts, industry organizations, and external partners.
-
Prepare executives for media interviews, conference appearances, and other public-facing opportunities.
-
Build on Hi Rasmus’s strong community and advocacy foundation.
-
Develop programs that elevate clinicians, customers, parents, researchers, and other voices within the autism care community.
-
Create a thoughtful event and conference strategy tied to company objectives.
-
Strengthen referral, ambassador, advocacy, and customer-marketing programs.
-
Ensure community initiatives remain authentically connected to Hi Rasmus’s mission rather than becoming traditional promotional programs.
-
Lead and develop the Hi Rasmus marketing team.
-
Create clear ownership, accountability, priorities, and performance expectations across the function.
-
Evolve the team and capabilities required for the company’s next stage.
-
Develop the right mix of internal talent, agencies, contractors, and technology.
