Own the cold traffic strategy — take what's running, optimise it, and expand it.

Build and optimise all conversion funnels — VSL-to-booking, paid webinar, and self-liquidating offer.

Build high-converting funnel pages in HubSpot with clean tracking and fast iteration.

Develop and optimise multi-channel campaigns to increase qualified call volume by 30-50%.

Align weekly with Allan Dib on his personal brand and YouTube content strategy.

Coordinate with our publisher and Amazon ads team on book marketing campaigns.

Ship 3-5 high-quality content assets/week across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Maintain our thought-leadership gold standard through weekly YouTube and email content.

Own the website strategy and quality, directing our Webflow developer for execution.

Lead the marketing team via Notion sprints and Slack to hit content, channel, and campaign KPIs.

Implement and refine HubSpot + Zapier/Make automations to improve segmentation.

Run a weekly sync with Sales to align on lead quality and improve show-up rates.

Use weekly reporting to identify leaks, propose fixes, and drive improvements in funnel efficiency.

Manage the monthly marketing budget using P&L trackers to scale spend responsibly.
Qualifications

HubSpot Power User: Automations, segmentation, dashboards, workflows, landing pages.

Paid Acquisition Competency: Experience running and optimising paid campaigns (YouTube/Meta/LinkedIn or similar).

HubSpot Funnel Builder: Can build pages, flows, tracking, and optimisations directly inside HubSpot.

Funnel Architecture & CRO: Skilled at diagnosing leaks and improving conversion.

Analytics & Attribution Mastery: Fluent in GA4, Hyros, and platform dashboards.

Messaging Strategist & Ruthless Editor: Owns voice, direction, clarity, and final quality.

Content Leadership: Knows how to steer a creative team to consistent, high-quality output.

Project & Sprint Management: Strong Notion velocity, sprint planning, and team alignment.

Founder Fluency: Experience working with a strong-willed founder or founder-adjacent figure.

Technical Fluency: Zapier/Make, tracking setups, workflow logic.
Requirements

30 Days: Learn brand, voice, manifesto, systems, scoreboards; audit funnel, content, segmentation, analytics, and KPIs; establish sprint rhythm.

60 Days: Launch multi-channel campaigns; improve segmentation + nurture; increase content velocity + quality.

90 Days: Increase qualified call volume by 20–30%; lift nurture → booking conversion; achieve breakeven or better CAC on the SLO funnel.
