[Hiring] Head of Marketing @Sola Kids Dental

Role Description

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own brand, digital marketing, and social across the Sola platform. This will be our first corporate marketing hire.

• Manage a million-dollar-plus marketing budget.
• Work directly with the CEO (ex-Bain, ex-PE, Stanford GSB).
• High level of board exposure, autonomy, and upside.

Qualifications

• Profile 1: General Athlete - Top performer at a consulting firm or investment bank with 2-4 years of experience and exposure to marketing.
• Profile 2: The Growth Operator - 3-6 years in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles at a high-growth tech startup or a multi-site healthcare or consumer company.

Requirements

• Brand: Define our visual identity and voice for multi-state expansion.
• Performance marketing: Own new patient acquisition across various channels.
• Social media: Oversee the strategy and execution of organic Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• New market launches: Build the pre-opening marketing playbook for new markets and offices.
• Analytics and reporting: Build the marketing dashboard and report weekly on key metrics.

Logistics

• Start date: As soon as the right person is ready.
• Nice to have: Spanish fluency is a meaningful plus (though not required).
