[Hiring] Head of Marketing @Roamr Work Limited

Role Description

Roamr is seeking an elite marketer to help redefine corporate travel branding and drive growth through two parallel motions:

• B2B enterprise adoption across Finance, Travel, People, and Sales
• A PLG engine that drives bottom-up adoption and fuels enterprise expansion

Your role will involve:

• Defining the balance and sequencing between growth motions
• Building a focused strategy that proves one while laying the foundation for the other
• Creating a growth loop: individual tries Roamr → saves their company money → tells colleagues → full company rollout
• Building an organic engine from scratch and scaling it

What You'll Own

• Build the marketing function from the ground up with full autonomy and ownership
• Define Roamr’s brand positioning and voice
• Create high-impact content across organic, editorial, and social formats
• Drive paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Build the PLG motion, converting individual usage into company-wide adoption
• Develop a repeatable B2B demand generation engine
• Amplify brand presence through trade shows, press, and existing recognition
• Hire and scale the team as channel success and priorities become clear

• You context-switch easily
• You operate with full autonomy, identify what matters, and drive it through to execution
• You move fast and ship something good today over something perfect next month
• You want to plant a flag mid-career and point unambiguously to the growth you caused
• You are on the frontier of how work is changing — AI isn’t just something you’ve played around with
• You’ve driven growth for a product selling to our buyer(s), or built a PLG motion
• You create playbooks and don’t need an established one
• Bonus: you’ve been inside a startup that became a success and want to do it again from day one
• Bonus: Former founder / track record of entrepreneurial mindset / very early stage experience

Requirements

• Remote — US or Europe based

• Above market salary + equity
