[Hiring] Head of Marketing @ChartHop

Role Description

ChartHop is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team. This person will report directly to the CEO and will be the architect of our go-to-market execution, bridging the gap between high-level brand awareness and rigorous, data-driven demand generation.

Qualifications

• Builder: Enjoys 0-1 and 1-2 stages; able to elevate existing marketing team, strategy, and impact.
• Innovator: Comfortable with taking calculated risks and experimenting with marketing strategy.
• Background: Leader with a demand generation focus and expertise.
• Industry Experience: Previous work at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in Human Resources technology, Data Analytics, or AI spaces.
• Early-stage: Comfortable in pre-Series C companies with fast pace and critical learnings.
• AI-Forward: AI-curious with an understanding of how AI has changed the marketing landscape.
• Data-driven: Data fluency to make precise decisions focused on results.

Requirements

• Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs designed to drive high-quality qualified pipeline.
• Oversee paid acquisition (search, social, display) in collaboration with external performance agencies.
• Lead strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure ChartHop is the definitive answer in AI-driven search environments.
• Cultivate relationships with key HR tech influencers and industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.).
• Manage external PR resources to drive earned media and thought leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage a roster of specialized agencies and freelancers.
• Oversee the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for lead routing, attribution, and reporting.
• Champion the use of Generative AI tools for content production and audience segmentation.

Benefits

• Base Compensation: $200k-240k
• Bonus: $25k-$50k
