Role Description

You will be the first marketing hire in a startup with global ambitions. This role involves:

Building and driving growth from drafting the strategy to managing execution.
Executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap.
Designing and implementing a multi-channel lead generation and conversion funnel.
Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborating with the sales team to create a seamless lead handoff process.

Qualifications

3 - 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, B2B Tech Services, or Tech industry.
Proven track record of driving growth, leading teams, and owning results/outcomes/budgets.
Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, social media, and lead generation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
