Role Description

As our new Head of Marketing, you will actively shape the path of Actindo with a strong team – without silos, with impact:

End-to-end responsibility for our marketing strategy – from branding to messaging to concrete go-to-market plans for our SME and enterprise target groups.
Channel Marketing is your playground.
Develop targeted programs, campaigns, and enablement materials for system integrators, digital agencies, and consulting firms.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner Management to implement a seamless GTM strategy across all departments.
Lead, coach, and develop a highly motivated marketing team with a focus on ownership, experimentation, and measurable results.
Manage integrated campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, webinars, ABM… you name it).
Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers and panels.
KPI-driven budget and resource planning closely aligned with our growth objectives.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in the SaaS sector, ideally in B2B eCommerce, ERP, or infrastructure environments.
Experience in successfully building or managing channel marketing programs and know how to turn partners into brand advocates.
Understanding of tech buyers and how to create content and campaigns that truly convert.
Leadership is not just a title for you, but a responsibility; you develop people and promote ownership.
Data-driven, strategic thinker who enjoys simplifying complex topics.
Think in customer journeys rather than channels, and can conceptualize marketing from the boardroom to the landing page.

Requirements

Channel marketing first: Actively build our partner ecosystem and position Actindo with system integrators and consulting firms in our key verticals.
Holistic GTM thinking: Marketing is part of the revenue engines, not a service center.
No politics, no silos, no nonsense: Work in one direction with the freedom and responsibility to build marketing as it needs to function today.
