[Hiring] Head of Influence Marketing @Growe

Role Description

• Define, develop, and execute the global influencer and creator marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue growth.
• Create and own global/regional Influence Marketing strategy, aligning it directly with overall brand goals, product launches, and key performance indicators.
• Manage and optimize the influencer marketing budget, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) and providing transparent forecasting and allocation reports to the executive team.
• Stay ahead of emerging social platforms, content formats, technology, and competitor influence strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Establish and enforce best practices for influencer vetting, contract negotiation, content disclosure, and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Influence Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in iGaming.
• Proven experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns across global markets.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CAC, engagement, conversions).
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading a team.
• Ability to identify new trends, platforms, and growth opportunities.
• English level - at least Upper-Intermediate.
• Spanish - will be a plus.
