[Hiring] Head of Growth @WeScale

Role Description

WeScale teaches print-on-demand sellers how to build real brands. The role involves owning everything between someone seeing an ad and someone becoming a paying member. You will report directly to Chris and work alongside Meg (content) and Joe (community). They will provide you with audience insights, and you will inform them which videos and posts produced buyers.

• Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, including YouTube.
• Email management, including the list, every flow, and every send.
• Every funnel's conversion, including the Blueprint quiz and webinar pages.
• The webinar campaign, managing calendar, emails, retargeting, and offers.
• Scoreboard management using Hyros, Klaviyo, and Marketing Hub.
• Testing of creative, audiences, and offers within guardrails.
• Building agents for automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid ads on Meta and Google with real budgets.
• Experience managing email at scale in Klaviyo or equivalent.
• Experience building and fixing funnels and working with attribution tools like Hyros.
• AI-native, with experience in agents and automation.
• Closest fit: community, course, coaching, or membership businesses that grow through YouTube, webinars, and email.

Requirements

• New paying members grow every week, not just during webinars.
• Ads are profitable and attributed, with a known and decreasing cost per paying member.
• The newsletter is sent weekly, and lead magnets are delivered.
• Free-to-paid conversion rates improve above 3 to 4 percent.
• Webinar registrations grow cycle over cycle with a protected close rate.
• Within a year, Chris no longer manages Klaviyo, Meta, or Hyros himself.

Benefits

• Base salary: $12,500 to $16,000 a month, paid on the 1st and 16th.
• Performance incentive: a percentage of the incremental contribution profit you create, capped annually.
• Equity: 0.25 percent profits interest, four-year vest, one-year cliff.
• Full-time contractor with two weeks paid time off.
• Remote work, USA, with US business hours and Central overlap.
• Every other Saturday is a live webinar campaign day.
