[Hiring] Head of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce @Visby Medical

Role Description

Visby’s acquisition engine. In Q3 we are deliberately increasing Google Ads spend to buy market data; this person turns that data into an efficient, scaled acquisition engine — owning Google Ads / SEM, the DTC website and conversion-rate optimization, Amazon, and brand — and drives blended CAC down where a raw spend increase alone can’t. They also own the go-to-market for the future product launches: building its site and brand from the ground up and feeding learnings back so we build the Visby brand overall.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition (Google Ads / SEM) and scale it efficiently; drive blended CAC down through disciplined testing — audiences, creative, landing pages, bidding.
• Own the DTC website and conversion-rate optimization (CRO).
• Own the Amazon channel — listings, performance, and growth.
• Own brand and creative across channels.
• Lead future product launches and OTC go-to-market strategy: build out the product's site and brand, and establish its acquisition playbook.
• Turn Q3’s spend-test data into a repeatable, scaled acquisition model; report on CAC, conversion, and channel ROI.

Qualifications

• Real OTC / DTC consumer-health marketing experience (regulated or sensitive categories a plus).
• Command of the digital-marketing landscape: Google Ads / SEM, web / CRO, analytics, Amazon.
• A track record of driving CAC down while scaling spend.
• Comfort building a brand and a launch from the ground up (the male launch).
• Startup-ready: a hands-on operator, not only a strategist.
