Role Description
Yomali is entering its next phase of commercial scale across a portfolio of SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, and service businesses. This role exists to architect and lead that transformation. We are looking for a true growth operator β someone obsessed with pipeline, ROAS, CAC, attribution, conversion rates, and execution speed.
You will build the marketing function from zero, personally execute early growth initiatives, and eventually scale a high-performing team and growth engine across the portfolio.

Build a repeatable content engine focused on authority, trust, and demand generation through:

You will help position each business within the portfolio as a market authority.

Systems & Marketing Infrastructure

Build and implement the modern marketing stack from scratch

Create reporting, analytics, attribution, and tracking systems

Continuously optimize campaigns and funnels based on performance data

Establish scalable marketing processes and workflows

Team Building & Leadership

Start as a highly hands-on individual contributor
