Role Description

The Growth Operator sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, sales, and analytics — a hands-on operator role, not a traditional marketing coordinator or campaign manager. This person is responsible for helping build a predictable growth engine:

• Acquiring prospects through paid and organic channels
• Managing them through the CRM and funnel
• Supporting sales conversion
• Analyzing performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve revenue

The ideal candidate can cover the full growth stack — not an expert in every discipline, but with enough practical knowledge across major areas to operate independently and coordinate with specialists.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, revenue ops or digital marketing
• Experience with CRM and sales pipelines
• Experience building or optimizing marketing funnels
• Exposure to paid acquisition and campaign analysis
• Experience working with Sales teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of conversion optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently in an early-stage environment
• Full working-hours overlap with the client's time zone required

Requirements

• SaaS/technology experience
• Experience with landing pages, VSLs or webinars
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Experience with UGC/creative teams
• Experience with marketing automation
• Revenue Operations experience
• Experience tracking CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
• Experience improving lead-to-customer conversion
• Experience managing multiple channels or business units
