Role Description

We are hiring a Growth Manager to build and own a unified lead generation engine across all business units. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role.

• Building a centralized CRM and lead tracking system
• Designing and launching lead generation funnels (Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Implementing call tracking and attribution
• Improving conversion rates across websites
• Creating clear reporting dashboards
• Driving measurable increases in leads and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience generating leads for service-based or multi-location businesses
• Strong understanding of funnels, cost per lead, and conversion tracking
• Experience with Google Ads and high-intent lead generation
• CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to move fast, simplify, and execute
• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or lead generation roles
• Proven track record of generating measurable leads and revenue (not just traffic or engagement)
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid acquisition channels, especially Google Ads and high-intent search campaigns
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage full-funnel systems (landing pages, tracking, attribution, follow-up automation)
• Experience implementing call tracking, conversion tracking, and performance reporting dashboards
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, ROI-driven decisions
• Experience working with service-based, multi-location, or real estate-related businesses is strongly preferred
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute without heavy oversight
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and results
• Experience scaling from fragmented marketing efforts into a unified growth system
