[Hiring] Growth & Content Marketer @Boom Enterprise

Role Description

This is our first marketing hire. You'll own how Boom shows up in the world: the content, the ads and the inbound engine that turns attention into booked demos. You'll work directly with the founders, and you'll be given real budget and real ownership. We want someone who likes to build, test and ship every week, not someone who only writes strategy decks.

• Own our content strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram, including founder-led content, the company pages, reels and carousels, for audiences in LATAM and the US.
• Appear on camera, and script, edit and produce videos with the founders.
• Coordinate external editors and videographers when needed, making sure what they deliver is on brand, on time and good enough to perform.
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn with a budget of $10K–20K per month: creatives, targeting, weekly tests and reporting.
• Build our inbound journey from first touch to lead capture to nurture to booked demo, using Boom's own product to do it.
• Keep a weekly experimentation rhythm: decide what you're testing, what you'll measure and what you learned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content or growth.
• A strong portfolio that shows content you've made and results you've driven.
• Hands-on experience running Meta and LinkedIn ads with real budgets.
• Hands-on video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and design skills (Canva, Figma).
• Comfort on camera.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English, for writing and for camera.
• High agency. You take something from idea to shipped without waiting for instructions.

Nice to have

• B2B or SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience marketing to US audiences.
• Experience with CRMs, marketing automation or landing page tools.
• Startup experience.
