Role Description
The Growth and Social Media Lead owns SPHERE HEALTH marketing end to end: the go-to-market narrative, content creation and publishing, our in-house automated marketing platform, influencer relationships, and growth performance. You will translate clinical and product strategy into a content and campaign calendar, run our owned and social channels, and operate the automation we have built in-house to produce and distribute on-brand assets at pace. This role does not access patient information, which is why it can be based in the Philippines. We are looking for a senior operator who can own the entire marketing function from day one: someone who understands content, marketing metrics, paid and organic growth, and how to work credibly with influencers in women's health.
Key Responsibilities

Own the GTM Narrative and Calendar

Translate clinical and product strategy into a 90-day content and campaign roadmap across social, email, and top-of-funnel experiments.

Decide what goes live, where, and when, and keep the calendar moving.

Run the In-House Marketing Engine

Operate and improve our in-house automated marketing platform: design prompts and workflows so content production stays on-brand, accurate, and high-converting.

Turn raw, automation-generated output into polished threads, carousels, Reels, TikToks, founder-POV posts, and email.

Maintain quality control so every asset meets brand and compliance standards before it ships.

Social and Creator Growth

Build narrative, community, and trust in women's health across our channels, for example Instagram, TikTok, and email.

Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, live sessions, Q&As, and collaborations with credible creators and clinicians.

Influencer and Ambassador Coordination

Be the day-to-day point of contact for influencers and ambassadors.

Define what a strong partner looks like for our niche and build a lightweight partner kit (landing pages, scripts, dos and don'ts) so partners stay on-brand and compliant.

Keep clinical claims attributed to the board-certified OB-GYN panel, never to an ambassador or the company, and route any partner with a compounded GLP-1 promotion history for vetting before engagement.

Performance and Experimentation

Set up experiments (hooks, messaging angles, landing-page variants) and read the data to decide what to scale or stop.

Own the core growth metrics: funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and creative A/B testing.

Own paid acquisition across search and social end to end, from budget and targeting to creative testing and return on ad spend, alongside organic and owned channels.

Compliance-Aware Growth

Work within SPHERE HEALTH brand and regulatory guardrails on all public content, coordinating with the founder and counsel where needed.
Qualifications

5-8+ years in DTC or subscription-style businesses, ideally in health, wellness, or femtech.

A strong portfolio growing at least one brand across 2-3 channels (for example IG, TikTok, and email), with clear metrics and examples.
Requirements

Performance-minded: comfortable with funnels, CAC and LTV, A/B testing creative, and reading analytics.

Deep social and influencer fluency: knows how to build narrative, community, and collaborations in women's health, not just post pretty content.

Comfortable working with AI tools and content automation: prompting, QA, and turning raw output into on-brand, high-conversion assets.

An ex-DTC growth or lifecycle marketer who genuinely understands women's health tone and stigma.
