Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Media Buyer for a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads for healthcare practices, focused on building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatology, dental, and wellness clinics.

• Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns for 15–40 healthcare clients
• Own conversion tracking setup and integrity (GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion imports) for every client account
• Conduct weekly account reviews and execute weekly optimizations on every active campaign
• Review AI-generated monthly performance reports and add your expert commentary before they reach the account managers
• Coordinate with the account manager and web designer on campaign-affecting changes
• Build Search and Performance Max campaigns from scratch for new client onboardings and migrations
• Grow into a leadership role as the agency scales its in-house media buying team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing multiple accounts (agency or in-house)
• Demonstrable experience building Search AND Performance Max campaigns from scratch
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking architecture
• Google Ads Search certification (or willingness to complete within 14 days of starting)
• Excellent written English and comfortable on video calls
• Detail-oriented and self-directed, able to own accounts end-to-end
• Availability to work full-time during US business hours

Requirements

• Healthcare or med spa vertical experience (med spas, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, wellness)
• Previous experience working with US-based marketing agencies
• Familiarity with AI-powered reporting workflows and adding strategic commentary on top of automated outputs
• Track record of hitting CPL targets and improving client retention
