Role Description
As the Global Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be the engine behind our integrated marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for strategizing, building, and executing global campaigns that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase revenue. This is a highly visible role that requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into measurable marketing programs across a variety of channels, with a deep focus on customer acquisition and retention leveraging AI capabilities, and optimizing the Go-to-Market (GTM) funnel.
What You'll Do

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution:

Develop and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support core GTM plays.

Align campaigns with overall business strategy and manage global campaigns with localization strategies.

Pipeline Generation:

Own the campaign plan to generate qualified marketing leads (MQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs).

Advanced Targeting and Omnichannel Engagement:

Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for personalized engagement.

Target the expanded B2B buying committee and design seamless omnichannel experiences.

Content & Messaging:

Collaborate with product marketing and content teams for compelling campaign messaging.

Identify content needs and create a content plan to support campaigns.

Drive execution of evergreen campaigns across various channels.

Build nurture programs to convert the open-source community into enterprise customers.

Lead with AI & Technology Integration:

Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities for automation and content development.

Performance Analysis:

Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Use data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and the marketing team.

Promote close alignment and data sharing between sales and marketing teams.

Budget Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and pipeline generation.

Webinar & Email Campaigns:

Manage global webinars and email campaigns.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in a global campaign management or demand generation role.

Demonstrable experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Hands-on experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.

A clear understanding of the marketing funnel and tactics at each stage.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEM/PPC and paid social.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Must possess strong strategic planning and prioritization skills.

Familiarity with marketing technology integration and leveraging AI tools.

Deep understanding of customer behavior and ability to define a clear value proposition.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proven ability to promote close alignment and data sharing between sales and marketing teams.
