Role Description

Bitsight is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our global paid media and content syndication programs. This role will be responsible for translating business priorities, integrated campaign strategies, and audience insights into programs that generate qualified demand, engage target accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This role will oversee paid search programs managed through Ryze AI, account-based display advertising through 6sense, and global content syndication programs. You will combine strategic channel leadership with hands-on execution, using performance data and AI-powered tools to continuously improve targeting, conversion, cost efficiency, and pipeline impact.

The ideal candidate understands B2B buying journeys, account-based marketing, and demand generation within a complex enterprise sales environment. They are comfortable managing multiple vendors and platforms, interpreting funnel data, and partnering across Marketing Field Campaigns, Marketing Operations, Web, Creative, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management (Ryze AI) : Design, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns using Ryze AI. Manage keywords, bidding strategies, ad creative, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and ROI. Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously test to improve efficiency and optimize for new pipeline generation.
• Display Advertising (6Sense) : Oversee display campaigns using 6Sense, leveraging account-based marketing data and intent signals to reach target accounts. Manage creative variations, audience segments, and budget allocation across display channels to support pipeline generation.
• Content Syndication Programs : Build and manage content syndication partnerships to amplify reach and generate qualified leads. Select syndication platforms, negotiate terms, manage content distribution, and track lead quality and ROI.
• Performance Optimization : Establish KPIs, build dashboards, and conduct regular performance analysis across all paid channels. Provide monthly reporting to leadership and recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights.
• Budget Management : Manage allocated budget across paid search, display, and syndication channels. Forecast spending, track ROI, and allocate resources to highest-performing initiatives.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with field marketing, global campaigns, marketing operations, creative, and web marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on campaign objectives and lead quality standards.
• Tools & Systems : Maintain fluency with marketing technology stack, including Ryze AI, 6Sense, analytics platforms, and CRM integrations. Continuously evaluate new tools and platforms to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns at scale, with demonstrated expertise across search, display, and/or programmatic advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Ryze AI or similar paid search platforms; 6Sense or comparable account-based marketing/intent data platforms highly valued.
• Proven expertise in content syndication program management (partner selection, ROI tracking, lead quality management).
• Advanced analytics skills: Strong ability to pull, analyze, and visualize performance data; experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
• Campaign optimization acumen: Demonstrated success improving campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI through testing and data-driven decisions.
• B2B marketing background: Experience in B2B demand generation, lead management, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership; clear documentation of processes and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads and Display certifications (or equivalent platform certifications).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
• Background in growth-focused or startup environments.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to align on lead quality and SLA metrics.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$88,000 to $109,500 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
