Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy GHL & Digital Marketing VA to support our growing business. This role combines CRM support, digital marketing assistance, website management, lead organization, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools, marketing platforms, and automation systems. This position will begin as Part-Time with the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & GHL Support
  • Manage and organize leads within GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Maintain pipelines, contacts, tags, and workflows
  • Support CRM cleanup and organization
  • Assist in monitoring automations and workflows
• Digital Marketing Support
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Design graphics and marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
  • Assist with copywriting for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives and brand updates
• Website Management
  • Update and maintain WordPress website content
  • Upload and organize website media and pages
  • Assist with website edits related to branding and marketing
• Operations & Data Management
  • Organize data using Airtable or similar platforms
  • Support workflow organization and operational processes
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
• AI & Productivity Tools
  • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow support
  • Understand how to appropriately use AI while maintaining quality output

Requirements

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with WordPress
• Social media management experience
• Canva or graphic design experience
• Basic copywriting skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Preferred

• Airtable experience
• Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or Zapier
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Experience with CRM migrations or automations
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
