Role Description

The GEO Specialist supports the strategy and execution of Generative Engine Optimization programs for a portfolio of B2B clients. This role works predominantly across on-site content planning and Reddit distribution, contributing to strategic engagements, content planning, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with GEO tools such as Profound, Ahrefs, and more.
• Strong understanding of AI visibility and content planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with writing and strategy teams.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Research and document prompts, questions, and content gaps for clients.
• Support analysis using GEO tools.
• Contribute to AI visibility benchmarking.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of GEO strategies.
• Create content plans that support AI citation.
• Audit existing client content for GEO alignment.
• Develop and manage Reddit strategies for client visibility.
• Identify appropriate subreddits and content angles.
• Track client KPIs including AI visibility and Reddit engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and senior GEO team members.

Benefits

• Base salary $50k–60k CAD depending on experience and location.

• Execution Quality: Target ≥4 on post-handoff survey rating.
• Client Satisfaction: Target NPS score ≥8 within 4 weeks of initial strategy delivery.
• Growth Toward Strategist: Demonstrated skill expansion and contribution of reusable frameworks.
