Role Description

As our Funnel Strategist, you are the creative engine behind our media buying success. You will specialize in crafting and optimizing the post-click experience, ensuring every visitor from Google Ads lands on a page designed to convert.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven performance marketing/copywriting experience
• Native-level German (C2) for high-stakes copywriting
• Fluent English (B2) for internal teamwork

Requirements

• Lead the development and deployment of high-volume advertorials, constantly testing fresh psychological angles.
• Design rigorous testing frameworks based on clear hypotheses.
• Analyze the user journey from the first ad impression to the final checkout, identifying and fixing friction points.
• Use CTR, CVR, and ROAS data to decode consumer behavior and plan your next winning move.
• Work closely with media buyers to ensure the ad message and landing page strategy are perfectly aligned.
• Take the lead in meetings by showcasing your testing data, explaining wins, and outlining the next growth phase.
