[Hiring] Freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for a Freelance Paid Social & Lead Generation Specialist to help us build and manage a social media acquisition channel focused on generating high-quality B2B leads and potential partners. This is a part-time freelance role with a strong focus on results. We are not looking for a traditional SMM specialist whose main responsibility is posting content. The key objective of this role is to build an effective acquisition funnel through social media and generate relevant leads.

• Develop and execute a social media lead generation strategy, primarily through Instagram;
• Set up, launch, and optimize paid social / targeted advertising campaigns;
• Build and continuously improve a lead generation funnel aimed at attracting relevant B2B partners;
• Develop a content plan for social media and manage regular content publishing;
• Create or coordinate content, including posts, visuals, and ad creatives;
• Identify the right target audiences and develop effective acquisition approaches;
• Test different audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign formats to improve lead quality and volume;
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze results;
• Track the number and quality of leads generated and identify opportunities for optimization;
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations;
• Proactively suggest new channels, tools, or approaches if you believe they can generate better results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid social, performance marketing, and/or lead generation;
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing social media advertising campaigns;
• Strong understanding of how to generate and qualify B2B leads through social media;
• A track record of delivering measurable business results through social media acquisition;
• Experience independently setting up campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing based on data;
• Strong understanding of audiences, targeting, conversion funnels, and lead quality;
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
• A results-oriented mindset — we care much more about the quality of leads generated than the number of posts published or impressions achieved;
• Experience in dating, creator economy, influencer marketing, entertainment, or similar industries would be a strong advantage, but is not mandatory;
• Good understanding of content creation and social media communication;
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or visual generation is a plus;
• English - B2+.
