[Hiring] Franchise Development Marketing Coordinator @Super Soccer Stars

Role Description

The Franchise Development Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Youth Athletes United franchise network. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract qualified franchise candidates, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and strengthen relationships with franchise brokers and consultants. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Franchise Development.

Content Development & Brand Management

• Develop and manage compelling franchise development content including brochures, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and presentation decks while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Maintain and update franchise development pages on the company website and create a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align franchise development messaging with overall brand standards and regularly update candidate-facing collateral.

Drip Campaigns & Lead Generation

• Build, manage, and optimize multi-touch drip email campaigns and segmented nurture sequences targeting prospective franchise candidates at various stages of the discovery process.
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns and franchise portal listings to drive qualified lead generation, conducting A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
• Manage the franchise development CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline visibility, timely follow-up, and lead scoring to prioritize qualified candidates.

Franchise Broker & Consultant Relations

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for franchise broker networks and consultants, developing broker-specific toolkits, newsletters, and presentation materials.
• Plan and coordinate broker webinars, virtual presentations, and in-person events to educate and engage the broker community.
• Track broker referral activity and campaign performance, providing regular ROI reporting and developing incentive programs to strengthen broker relationships and drive referral volume.

Marketing Strategy & Best Practices

• Research franchise development marketing trends, benchmark against industry peers, and maintain a franchise development marketing playbook outlining SOPs, templates, and messaging frameworks.
• Support the VP of Franchise Development in preparing materials for franchise expos, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Develop and execute strategies that reflect best-in-class franchise development practices to position Youth Athletes United competitively in the marketplace.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage franchise development social media channels and develop targeted advertising campaigns to attract and engage entrepreneurial-minded prospective franchisees.
• Leverage LinkedIn to build brand awareness within the franchise broker and entrepreneurial communities.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted through social channels and franchise development web forms in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on all franchise development marketing KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, broker referral volume, and campaign ROI through weekly and monthly dashboards.
• Use data insights to make informed recommendations for marketing budget allocation and campaign optimization.
• Manage the franchise development marketing budget, tracking spend and ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable and strong ROI.

Candidate Experience & Communications

• Develop and manage a best-in-class candidate communication journey from initial inquiry through the discovery process using automated workflows and personalized messaging.
• Create candidate-facing resources including FAQ documents, discovery day agendas, and franchisee testimonial content to support the recruitment process.
• Coordinate the production of video testimonials and case studies featuring existing Youth Athletes United franchisees to strengthen candidate confidence and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2-3 years of franchise marketing experience, franchise development or B2B marketing preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and digital advertising with strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy.
• Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within the franchise industry with familiarity with the franchise broker/consultant community and franchise lead generation portals.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Experience planning and supporting franchise expo and trade show participation.
