Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Field Marketing Lead to own the development and execution of regional and account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue across key markets. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to create impactful experiences that accelerate demand and support go-to-market objectives. The ideal candidate combines field marketing expertise with a strong understanding of the FinTech landscape, including payments, banking, lending, financial infrastructure, fraud, risk, or embedded finance solutions. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing strategy, managing executive events, launching ABM campaigns, measuring ROI, and executing programs from concept through completion.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

7+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years focused on field marketing, demand generation, ABM, or event marketing.

Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services Technology, SaaS, Banking Technology, or related industries.

Proven ability to build and execute programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Strong partnership with enterprise sales organizations.

Experience managing six-figure marketing program budgets.

Expertise in conferences, executive events, and customer engagement programs.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Data experience within Google sheets. Able to pull data and analyze to make decisions.

Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for industry conferences, executive briefings, customer advisory boards, thought leadership events, partner-sponsored programs, and VIP networking experiences.
