[Hiring] Field & Partner Marketing Specialist @Myriad360

Role Description

The Field & Partner Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day operational execution of partner MDF claiming and field event logistics at Myriad360.

This role lives primarily inside the Partner Marketing function with support on Field Marketing activity. You will manage MDF claim process end to end, which includes:

• Submissions of activities across our partner portal ecosystem
• Gathering proof-of-performance documentation from Field Marketing
• Managing claims through approval and payment
• Supporting field event logistics including travel, accommodation, ground transportation, and on-site arrangements for larger programs

Success in this role comes from accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to keep dozens of moving claims and logistics threads on track at the same time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing operations, partner operations, event coordination, sales operations, or administrative support
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Experience navigating vendor, partner, or rebate portals preferred
• Experience booking travel and managing event logistics preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
