Role Description

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture.

• Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and working in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers.
• Support the execution of marketing programs across two high-growth industry verticals.
• Preferred locations are New York, SF Bay Area, or Chicago.
• Ability to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing activities across both segments, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships.
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event as well as our regular sales comms cadences.
• Streamlining of procurement management and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac.
• Exceptional customer service to essential business partners.
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus.
• Travel required for events (when appropriate).
