Role Description

You will report to the Director of Growth and be responsible for the field marketing strategy, including planning and executing all Ottimate events. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, your efforts will directly impact awareness, pipeline, and revenue for the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute marketing events across North America, from flagship tradeshows to small, regional conferences and dinners.
  • Create scalable sales-led and partner-led event programs focused on key accounts and industries.
  • Manage internal company events, including a major supporting role in Otticon, our annual company-wide conference.
  • Work with design and product marketing teams to create compelling event themes.
  • Manage event visual identity, including booth buildouts, supporting collateral, and other related materials.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to oversee end-to-end logistics, solve problems in real-time, and ensure flawless execution at every event.
  • Source and manage key event vendors and build relationships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our vendors, partners, and suppliers.
  • Analyze event performance. Ensure all event data is correctly attributed in our CRM to measure ROI and continuously improve strategies.
  • Create pre-event prospecting lists for onsite meetings with sales at events.
  • Report out on event success and present results to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with our enablement team to ensure all event attendees are well-trained to welcome prospects, partners, and customers to our events.
  • Align with our customer marketing team to create unique and memorable customer experiences at each event.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of field or event marketing experience, previously at a SaaS company, is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including English-language writing and oral skills.
  • Excellence in vendor and logistical management, multitasking, and rapid real-time problem resolution.
  • Comfort thriving in a high-touch, fast-paced, innovative environmentโ€”occasional travel required.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing several events simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo. Digital marketing experience considered an asset.
