Role Description

In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic glue between regional sales teams and global vision, orchestrating high-impact campaigns that solidify our position as a market leader in the Spanish and French region.

In this role, you will be the regional architect of our brand, owning the end-to-end marketing lifecycle from high-level strategic planning to local execution. You will have the unique opportunity to design "special ideas" for major industry events that move beyond standard setups, incorporating multisensory elements and bold designs to revolutionize how we engage with the Southern European logistics ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design and own the comprehensive annual marketing roadmap for France and Spain, acting as a strategic consultant to Sales teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
• Orchestrate sophisticated multi-channel campaigns, localized events organization and account based marketing initiatives tailored to the specific business cultures and regulatory challenges of the Spanish and French markets.
• Set and monitor marketing KPIs and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates to ensure a consistent and high-quality contribution to the Sales pipeline.
• Lead the strategy for major industry trade shows like SITL in Paris and SIL Barcelona, taking full ownership of booth design, "live from the floor" social media formats, and post-event ROI analysis.
• Build a high-impact marketing engine by recruiting key customers for video case studies and securing them as speakers for major industry stages.
• Manage strategic alliances with regional industry associations, specialized logistics media, and local influencers to build brand trust and credibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in Field Marketing or Demand Generation specifically within the Spanish and French markets.
• Professional proficiency (C1/ C2 or Native levels) in English, French, and Spanish is mandatory for negotiations and content creation.
• Proven track record of managing high-complexity trade fairs from concept through to financial debrief.
• Strong ability to translate complex marketing metrics into actionable insights for regional stakeholders.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with the specific needs of both shippers and carriers in the SaaS landscape.
• Existing relationships with logistics influencers or specialized media in Spain and France.
