Role Description
As Field Marketing Manager, you will execute the regional marketing motion, bringing global campaign strategy to life through local programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow brand awareness across the region. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing local and regional campaigns, ensuring every marketing activity is tightly aligned to sales goals and the specific dynamics of each market.
A significant part of this role is events: you will manage the full lifecycle of local and regional trade shows and field events, from initial logistics and budget planning through to post-event analysis and follow-through with Sales. Beyond events, you will work closely with sales teams on an ongoing basis to make sure marketing investment is showing up where it matters most, in pipeline and revenue. You will track and report on the impact of your programs, turning data into clear recommendations for where to double down and where to adjust.
You thrive in a high-execution environment, moving fluidly between planning and hands-on delivery. You keep multiple projects moving in parallel without losing sight of the bigger picture and you build genuine, trusted partnerships with sales.
