Role Description
- End-To-End Shop operations (listings, pricing, campaigns, shop health) across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok
- Plan & execute all major platform campaigns (9.9, 11.11, flash deals, vouchers, bundles)
- Set dynamic pricings
- Research new products
- Create new bundles
- Drive traffic through search Ads
- Support with Affiliate Programme β recruit, brief and retain 50+ TikTok creators driving 40% of GMV
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on seller experience
- Deep knowledge of Shopee and TikTok Shop mechanics (we don't look for employees that only managed agencies)
- Provable GMV growth metrics on Shopee & TikTok
- Native Bahasa Malaysia
- Very Fluent in English
- Analytical β comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
