Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner while also assisting with marketing execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can operate independently with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Executive Support:
  • Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing commitments.
  • Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries).
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support.
  • Help establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization.
• Marketing Support:
  • Manage and support LinkedIn and social media presence.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts to increase visibility.
  • Assist with basic marketing coordination and content execution (not strategy-focused).

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong experience in calendar management (required).
• Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders (e.g., founders, partners, executives).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media management.
• Basic marketing coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build structure from scratch.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
