[Hiring] Events & Marketing Specialist @LineZero

Role Description

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Events & Marketing Specialist who loves bringing communities together through events, webinars, and meaningful industry conversations. In this role, you will help create experiences that leaders in Employee Experience, HR, and Internal Communications genuinely want to attend. You will also play a key role in turning engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue by helping convert attendees and registrants into meaningful sales conversations.

Another key part of this role is capturing and sharing real-time moments from events and conferences, helping bring the LineZero community experience to life across our digital channels.

Through meaningful conversations, engaging programs, and thoughtful follow-ups, you will help turn curiosity into pipeline, partnerships, and long-term customers.

• Able to quickly identify and document meaningful moments that translate well into social content
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple programs at once

Requirements

• Experience with webinars or virtual events
• Experience with conferences or hosted executive events
• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools
