Role Description
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing Growfin’s event-led pipeline generation strategy across North America. This role owns end-to-end execution of both in-person and digital marketing initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable revenue impact.
The role requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and analytical rigor. Success in this role will be defined by pipeline contribution, SQL generation, and campaign ROI.
What You’ll Own

In-Person Events (Trade Shows, Executive Dinners, Customer Meetups)

Own the complete lifecycle of field events across North America.

Plan, execute, and optimize high-impact trade shows, curated executive dinners, roundtables, and customer events.

Drive full project ownership including event research, budgeting, venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, logistics management, creative direction, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting.

Align closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure events are tied to pipeline goals, target accounts, and regional GTM strategy.

Track and report performance across SQLs generated, pipeline created, revenue influenced, and overall ROI.

Manage all event assets including booth materials, collateral, giveaways, branded merchandise, and logistics timelines.

Build relationships with industry partners, community leaders, and executive finance decision-makers to expand Growfin’s presence in the AR and Finance ecosystem.

Ensure flawless on-ground execution while keeping a sharp eye on conversion from conversation to opportunity.

Digital Experiences (Webinars, Virtual Events, Podcast Collaborations)

Lead scalable digital engagement programs.

Develop webinar and virtual event strategies aligned to pipeline and GTM priorities.

Identify relevant finance and AR themes that resonate with CFOs, Controllers, and AR leaders.

Own end-to-end execution from speaker outreach and content planning to promotional campaigns and live event management.

Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure post-event follow-ups convert to meaningful opportunities.

Track metrics including registrations, attendance rate, engagement, influenced pipeline, and conversion to SQL.

Continuously refine formats using performance insights and analytics.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing field marketing initiatives including trade shows, executive events, and webinar campaigns in a B2B environment.

Prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing is highly preferred.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead initiatives and take accountability for pipeline outcomes.
