Role Description
We're looking for a motivated, detail-obsessed part-time Event Marketing Intern to join the Postscript team this summer! This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will directly support some of our most important customer moments of the year β including our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Retreat and a slate of sponsored events across the industry. You'll be reporting into and learn from our Director of Events & Partner marketing to get real on-the-job mentorship and experience.
This is an entry-level role. We're not expecting you to have done this before β we're looking for someone who's organized, resourceful, a strong communicator, and genuinely excited to learn what it takes to run great events. You'll work closely with our events and marketing team, our internal studios team, and external vendors to help everything come together. This is a fully remote position but preferred location would be in Montana.

Start Date:
ASAP/May 2026
-

August 31st, 2026
-
Time commitment per week:
20-25 hours
-

$18-$20/hour
What You'll Be Working On
-
Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Retreat
-
Research, book, and organize travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for attendees and internal staff
-
Build and maintain a master travel tracker β knowing who's going where, when, and how
-
Manage rooming lists, hotel blocks, and day-of logistics coordination
-
Support on-site setup and run-of-show execution (virtually or in person, TBD)
-
Help draft attendee communications β confirmations, travel details, pre-event prep notes
-
Sponsored Events
-
Coordinate logistics for booth presence, staffing needs, and shipping
-
Track deadlines, deliverables, and vendor requirements across multiple events simultaneously
-
Serve as a point of contact with event organizers for logistical needs
-
Creative & Swag
-
Submit and manage creative tickets in our project management system on behalf of the events team
-
Track creative timelines and flag anything at risk of missing deadlines
-
Research, source, and order event swag β managing vendor relationships, sample approvals, and delivery timelines
-
Maintain a swag inventory tracker so we always know what we have, what's on order, and where it's going
-
General Event Support
-
Keep shared event calendars, trackers, and budget sheets up to date
-
Support post-event wrap-up: receipts, recaps, feedback collection
-
Take on ad hoc projects as the event calendar evolves
Qualifications
-
You don't need a resume full of events experience.
-
You're extremely organized. You love a good spreadsheet, you don't let things fall through the cracks, and you're the kind of person who builds a checklist before anyone asks you to.
-
You communicate clearly and proactively. You'll be coordinating across teams and vendors β keeping people informed is half the job.
-
You're comfortable with ambiguity. Events change. Plans shift. You adapt without drama.
-
You're resourceful. You figure things out. You Google, you ask questions, you find a way.
-
You're a team player. This is a collaborative role and you'll be leaning on β and being leaned on by β a lot of people.
Bonus
-
Experience with events.
-
Experience with tools like Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, or any project management software.
-
Experience with swag vendors or travel booking is a plus but absolutely not required.
What You'll Get Out of This
-
Real, hands-on event operations experience on high-visibility programs.
-
Exposure to how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company runs its marketing and events function.
-
Practice working cross-functionally β with creative, marketing, leadership, and customers.
-
A strong understanding of event logistics from the ground up: travel, swag, creative production, and vendor management.
-
A direct line to mentorship and feedback from our events and marketing team throughout the summer.
