Role Description

• Create compelling email content and design visually engaging templates.

• Collaborate closely with various departments, including design, product, and sales.

Qualifications

• Expert Email Campaign Management (3+ years experience): Lead targeted, high-converting campaigns from concept to execution.
• Creative Copywriting & Content Creation (3+ years experience): Craft compelling and on-brand messages.
• Leverage email marketing to enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Proven ability to significantly increase email marketing revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to explore additional revenue-generating channels.
• Strategic Segmentation & Targeting: Create personalized email journeys.
• Email Deliverability Expertise: Ensure high inbox placement and compliance.
• In-depth Understanding of Email Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving regulations.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fashion or E-commerce industry preferred.
• Not required but a huge plus: Experience in Email Design & HTML/CSS.
