[Hiring] Email Marketing Manager @Bellesa

Role Description

Bellesa Boutique is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team! You will play an important role in planning, coordinating, and executing the day-to-day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

More specifically, you will:

• Email campaign creation, including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design
• Email scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time
• Manage email lists and segmentation within Klaviyo
• Building and updating automated email flows
• A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance
• Track and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunities
• SMS marketing execution, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting
• QA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practices
• Maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows
• Stay up-to-date on email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and ecommerce
• Experience using Klaviyo (must-have)
• Experience with SMS (a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
• Marketing certificate or degree is a plus
• Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics, and technology
