Role Description

We are looking for an entry-level Email Marketing Assistant to support UK-based clients in managing their email campaigns and customer communications. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across South Africa — no prior experience is required, as full training and onboarding are provided.

• Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Write and proofread email copy to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy
• Segment email lists and manage subscriber data
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Assist with A/B testing of subject lines and content
• Maintain email templates and ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader strategies

Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (training provided)
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and copy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
• No formal qualifications required — a willingness to learn is essential
