Role Description
MNTN is looking for an Email Marketer that will drive MNTNβs email marketing strategy, delivering campaigns that engage, retain, and convert customers. Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, you will manage the full lifecycle of email communications, from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization. Your work will directly impact customer retention and revenue growth while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, briefing, deployment, and post-send analysis.

Develop and optimize automated triggers and drip sequences for onboarding, cart abandonment, and win-back flows to enhance customer retention.

Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creative layouts, CTAs, and send times to maximize open rates and click-through rates.

Segment and manage the subscriber database to deliver personalized content based on user behavior, purchase history, and demographics.

Monitor sender reputation, manage list hygiene, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR regulations.

Collaborate with Design and Copy teams to maintain brand voice consistency.

Partner with Data teams to ensure seamless API and CRM integrations.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience executing email marketing campaigns, including strategy, briefing, deployment, and post-send analysis.

Proven experience with enterprise-level ESPs such as Inflection, Intercom, or Marketo.

Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and weekly performance reports.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS in email environments to troubleshoot rendering issues.

Experience managing a high-volume promotional calendar while balancing brand equity and conversion goals.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to QA processes, including broken-link checks and mobile rendering validation.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
