Role Description

Unicon Systems in Tampa, FL is looking for a talented Email Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll craft high-performing, visually compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results. • Design, code, and deploy HTML/CSS email templates optimized for multiple clients and devices
• Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation and ESP platforms
• Perform QA testing across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.) to ensure consistent rendering
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate creative concepts into functional email builds
• Implement dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for A/B testing and optimization
• Maintain and organize email template libraries and documentation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a strong understanding of email-specific coding best practices
• Experience with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with responsive email design and mobile-first development
• Knowledge of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance, and accessibility standards
• Experience with dynamic content, AMPscript, or templating languages is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
