Role Description

As the Ecommerce Specialist, you are the operational backbone driving revenue, catalog integrity, and account health across Amazon and Walmart. You will execute targeted promotional campaigns, monitor competitive listings, and optimize sales trends through weekly data analytics. Additionally, you will protect bottom-line profitability by leading end-to-end FBA/WFS inventory reconciliations, managing Seller Support cases, and ensuring strict policy compliance across both marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Promotional Management: Configure, schedule, and track promotional campaigns (e.g., Prime Day, Deals, Coupons) across Amazon and Walmart. Analyze promotion performance and present strategic recommendations to maximize margin and revenue.
• Reimbursements & Claims Operations: End-to-end management of inventory reconciliation for Amazon (FBA) and Walmart (WFS). Track shipment discrepancies, lost/damaged units, under-received stock, and lead ticket cases to complete financial recovery.
• Data & Analytics Reporting: Aggregate and refresh performance metrics weekly. Conduct sales trends and conversion rate analyses to generate clear, actionable insights for channel optimization.
• Marketplace Brand & Competitive Monitoring: Perform regular audits of product ratings, customer reviews, and feedback. Monitor listings for unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, and competitive movement across both channels.
• Account Health, Catalog Operations & Case Management: Support the E-commerce Manager in maintaining optimal account health metrics and policy compliance. Manage end-to-end item setup, listing troubleshooting, and catalog integrity. Actively open, track, and escalate Seller Support tickets across Amazon and Walmart to drive swift resolution on stranded inventory, detail page updates, and system-level glitches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience managing Amazon (Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central)
• Direct experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon and/or Walmart portal navigation, flat-file listing creation/troubleshooting, FBA/WFS inventory management, and dispute processes.
• Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) with strong ability to interpret sales, inventory, and promo data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience managing claims, auditing inbound shipments, and successfully recovering lost funds from marketplace providers.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end promotional campaigns across Amazon and/or Walmart by configuring schedules, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering strategic recommendations to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Strong persistence and communication skills to navigate Seller Support ticket escalation systems through to successful resolution.
