Role Description
We are looking for an eCommerce Manager - Growth to improve conversion, monetisation, and funnel performance across Sleekβs digital journeys.
Mission:

Drive revenue growth by converting site visitors into customers through funnel optimization, experimentation, CRO, and AI-driven user experiences.

Long-term goal of owning the full funnel and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a market.
Outcomes:

Improve Funnel Entry Conversion.

Qualifications
-
4 to 7 years of specialized experience across eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing roles.

Proven success in directly improving the performance of landing pages, digital funnels, or conversion rates.

Active, daily practice of using AI tools.

Practical capabilities with key web experimentation, analytics, and behavioral analysis platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or comparable tools.

Deep understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior dynamics, funnel optimization strategies, and the customer decision-making process.

Proven experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering functions.

Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), parsing user intent, and navigating evolving AI-driven discovery ecosystems like GEO and Web MCP is highly valued.
